Organizational Milestones
HyRadix® is the global leader in providing on-site hydrogen generation systems and supply solutions. Having initiated the development of hydrogen generation technology in 1998 as a way to meet the growing demand for distributed hydrogen production, UOP LLC spun off the program to form HyRadix Inc. in 2002.

Eden Energy Ltd. purchases HyRadix including all intellectual property, strategic patents, technology, products, customer base and marketing systems. Entire HyRadix staff remains while Robert Gray, President, is promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Eden Innovations Ltd. and David Cepla is promoted to the role of President.

Partnership formed with IFP, a Paris-based leader in process development, with initial focus on production of hydrogen from liquid feed stocks such as ethanol
