System Fabrication

Our systems are shop fabricated to meet international codes and standards. While the HyRadix® process is unique, great care is taken to use standard off-the-shelf components which have been proven over time in industrial manufacturing applications. Our fabrication process ensures a high level of on-stream reliability and production cycle time can be greatly reduced. The order to shipment time for the Aptus and Adéo™ systems is six months or less.

The Aptus and Adéo products are delivered as self-contained skid mounted packages which require only connection to utilities and the inlet and outlet streams prior to operation. Therefore, installation and start-up can be measured in weeks rather than months as in traditional on-site reforming technologies. And, because the HyRadix design is compact, measuring only 7' (2.1m) wide by 20' (6.1m) long for a 100 Nm3/h generator, plot space requirements are kept to a minimum.
