David M. Cepla

President

Mr. Cepla has been involved with the company since its inception and brings over 26 years of engineering and marketing expertise to HyRadix®. Dave’s responsibilities include providing strategic direction and overseeing daily operations of the organization in addition to managing marketing and sales as well as establishing business partnerships that further advance the organization's objectives.

Prior to his affiliation with HyRadix, Dave was the Senior Business Manager for the Refining Light Ends business at UOP, a $90 million global business. His responsibilities included managing technology licensing, catalyst sales, engineering and technical support services.

Dave received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and earned an MBA in finance and international business from the Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
